The cover of the inlet and pellets collecting system of the wood sawdust pellet machine is made of stainless steel with high strength, anti-wear and corrosion resistance. The position of the outlet can be chosen at will.
The industry's inaugural dedicated motor designed for biomass pellet equipment utilizes high-remanence NdFeB rare earth permanent magnets, achieving an exceptional power density. This motor's dimensions are approximately 45% smaller compared to three-phase asynchronous motors of equivalent performance. Its permanent magnet can endure maximum operating temperatures of up to 180°C, with a demagnetization rate below 5%, ensuring reliable long-term functionality even under extreme heat conditions.
The motor drives the spindle directly, no need to use the reducer to drive. It is low noise, high efficiency, low failure rate and low production cost.
Compact structure, equipped with foot support, to stabilize the center of gravity of the mechanism. The duct ventilation cooling system or the independent fan cooling system can be configured according to the environment.
