The cover of the inlet and pellets collecting system of the Pellet Mill is made of stainless steel with high strength, anti-wear and corrosion resistance. The position of the outlet can be chosen at will.
Compact structure, equipped with foot support, to stabilize the center of gravity of the mechanism. The duct ventilation cooling system or the independent fan cooling system can be configured according to the environment.
A frequency converter control module is integrated into this motor. Unlike three-phase asynchronous motors, it can sustain an operating efficiency of over 90% within the 25%–100% load range. When running for extended periods, its efficiency surpasses that of conventional three-phase asynchronous motors by 10% to 30%. Additionally, it features minimal inrush current during startup—this advantage better safeguards the motor’s insulation system and extends the motor’s service life.
To guarantee the motor operates safely and stably, it is outfitted with a range of protective mechanisms. These include a closed-loop control circuit and a temperature control system, both of which work together to mitigate operational risks.
