Product Details

As the industry’s first dedicated motor developed for biomass pellet equipment, it adopts high-remanence NdFeB rare-earth permanent magnets, thus attaining remarkable power density. In terms of size, this motor is roughly 45% more compact than three-phase asynchronous motors with the same performance. Its permanent magnet is capable of withstanding a maximum operating temperature of 180°C, and its demagnetization rate is lower than 5%—a feature that ensures the motor maintains reliable long-term operation even in extremely high-temperature environments.

The intake and pellet collection unit housing of the wood granulator is made from high-strength stainless steel, which delivers outstanding sturdiness, resistance to wear, and anti-rust capabilities. Moreover, the position of the discharge port can be tailored freely according to specific needs.
