Lubrication System: The rollers and main shaft are assembled in a dust-free, precision environment. Dedicated Motor: Our pellet machine is equipped with a motor specifically engineered for wood pellet production. Transmission Mechanism: The core transmission component—the reducer—is custom-designed by our team for pellet machine applications. It overcomes limitations of standard industrial reducers through finite element analysis and parallel hard-tooth surface gearing. Built to withstand extreme conditions such as high temperatures, oil shortages, or sudden load spikes up to 3–4 times the normal level, it ensures stable and continuous operation.
