As the field’s first dedicated propulsion unit developed for biomass pellet equipment, this motor adopts high-retentivity NdFeB rare-earth magnets, thereby achieving outstanding power concentration. In terms of physical size, it is roughly 45% more compact than three-phase induction motors with the same performance. The motor’s permanent magnets are capable of withstanding extreme working temperatures of up to 180°C, while their magnetic decay rate remains below 5%.
With a space-saving design and integrated base supports, the unit maintains balanced weight distribution— a key factor in stable operation. Depending on the surrounding environmental conditions, users can choose to install either a channeled air cooling system or an independent fan-driven cooling device to meet heat dissipation needs.
