In terms of physical dimensions, it is approximately 45% more compact when compared to three-phase induction motors that boast comparable performance. The permanent magnets of this motor can withstand extreme operating temperatures of up to 180°C, and their degradation rate remains below 5%. This ensures consistent and reliable functionality even during extended periods of operation in high-temperature settings.
The spindle is driven to rotate directly by the permanent magnet motor, which does away with the need for a reducer. This design brings about several advantages: it enables operation with low noise, achieves high energy efficiency, reduces the occurrence of faults, and cuts down on production costs.
Featuring a space-saving structure and built-in foot supports, the system keeps its center of gravity steady. To suit different surrounding environments, two cooling options are available for installation—one is a ducted ventilation cooling system, and the other is an independent fan-driven cooling unit.
