2. Lubrication System
The rollers and main shaft are installed in an environment that is both dust-free and under precision control. The system features a high-wear-resistant structure, is equipped with multi-channel sealing, and uses a spray-type circulating gear oil lubrication setup. This design means there’s no need for frequent grease refilling, which in turn cuts down maintenance costs directly.
3. Safety Features
The machine’s lubrication system is designed based on a conservatively low maximum oil temperature threshold. Forced-air cooling during load cycles helps maintain consistently low oil temperatures. Spray lubrication minimizes oil agitation and degradation, extending oil replacement intervals by 1.5-2 times.
